Margaux Chateau Lascombes – Vintage 2006
Intense and bright purple colour.
Nose of black fruits in brandy, subtly toasted, smells of liquorice, cocoa
beans with a hint of vanilla.
The attack is supple followed by a velvety evolution, smooth and nicely
concentrated. The fruitiness is still dominating and accompanied by a
discrete woody taste that envelops the elegant tannic frame.
The 2006 vintage, full bodied and well balanced, brilliantly takes over the
legendary 2005 vintage, and will leave a great impression in our memory for
a long time.
